Every live class is recorded and stored in our extensive video training library, giving agents the ability to self-train 24/7. We also offer state-specific contract training as well as in person training from time to time. We also have a partnership with The CE Shop & McKissock, a comprehensive portal with all the materials you need to complete your required continuing education courses online. How do I earn 100% commission?
We have two options to meet you where you are in your business.
1. You pay $500 per transaction for 10 deals per year and then you earn 100% commission split for the remainder of the 12 month period based on your starting date.
2. For the first $100,000 in total commissions, you earn 85% split. After that, you earn a 100% split for the remainder of the 12-month period based on your starting date.

What fees do I pay?
We have two options to meet you where you are in your business.
There is a $199 Setup Charge and a $299 "5 Year Document Storage and Audit Protection" charged to the client on all transactions.
You are responsible for joining and paying for your membership to a local board of Realtors and MLS.
How long do I have to reach the cap?
Caps are on a 12-month period based on your anniversary date. If you joined today, your anniversary date will be the first day of the following month and will run for 12 consecutive months thereafter.
When do I get paid?
We work hard to get you paid within hours of closing, and you can receive your money via Zelle, Same-day ACH, and RTP (real-time payment) via your debit card -- whichever option you prefer.
You will be paid as an independent contractor, and will be issued a form 1099 at the end of the year.
Is there a minimum sales volume I should commit to?
simpliHŌM is built for active agents. While we are flexible about sales volume, we do expect agents to contribute toward simpliHŌM's overall growth through sales and agent referrals. We do not have a minimum production requirement; however, agents do need to close $500 in company dollars every 6 months in order to be eligible to receive revenue share.
What marketing help do I get?
simpliHŌM has an in-house marketing department to assist you with any custom marketing needs. Beyond that, we provide you with a dedicated marketing portal including customizable resources that allow you to incorporate your MLS information, headshot, contact info, and more! Powered by Breakthrough Broker, you’ll have the ability to create digital and print assets and arrange for printing and shipping directly through the interface. We provide you with kvCORE, a leading CRM solution to help agents attract and manage leads, personal customizable website, landing page builders, automated testimonial software, and more. We also have a partnership with Moo, Zazzle, and Build-a-Sign to take care of your marketing needs as well. Also, agents can opt to get pre-qualified buyer leads from our partners such as: OpCity & PrimeStreet. These are subject to market availability and the fees those services charge are between you and them.
Who negotiates the commission/fee with my clients?
You do. They are your clients and your deals. Feel free to negotiate what is in the best interests of the clients that also works for you. However, we do suggest that a minimum of at least $2,500 be charged on all listings.
Do you provide office space? Can I work from home?
simpliHOM does have office space for agents, but not in every single market. In emerging markets, we generally utilize a co-working space until it makes financial sense for us to open a brick & mortar location to provide brand visibility and support to those areas with a high concentration of simpliHŌM agents.
What type of license do I need?
A valid real estate salesperson (agent) or broker license is required in one of simpliHŌM's states or provinces. Your license has to be in good standing, and you should have no complaints filed against you. If you have had any disciplinary actions filed, this should be disclosed and discussed with the designated broker of your state or province prior to joining.
